The person that waxed me (I cannot remember her name) was very professional and really took her time making sure she got every part when doing my Brazilian wax. She was very easy going and easy to talk too and made my experience super comfortable. She also made sure to inform me on the product she was using and it wasn't as painful as I thought it was going to be. She was amazing and I am definitely going back next month.
