The facility was very inviting, clean and organized! The employees at the front desk were very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. Sierra was really awesome! I felt so comfortable with her. She made me feel really relaxed through the entire process. Through our conversation I felt like we've known each other for a while it was such a genuine interaction and I could tell she loves what she does! It's been almost 12 years since I've had a Brazilian Wax so I was nervous but her professionalism and calm demeanor instantly eased any reserve I was having at that time. Not only was the experience an awesome one but her work speaks for itself!!! My skin not only looks amazing after the wax but it feels amazing!!! When I say she GOT EVERYTHING.... she GOT EVERYTHING. Not one single hair left behind and I love it! Thanks Sierra!!!!!
