Kay at the front desk was so freaking sweet and helped reassure me while I waited. Both Kay and my waxer, Alex deserves a raise and praise! They made me feel comfortable and at ease. Trust me when I say that Alex will not let you leave until every hair is gone. Brazilians with her are completely painless. She has the best technique. Please make sure you book with Alex over anyone else. You absolutely will not regret it. She is so kind and so friendly. Alex & Kay, you're amazing and so sweet! I can't wait to go back!
