I chose 10 because my experience went very smoothly and Sierra is amazing! Not only does she make the waxing experience a comfortable one she also explains everything and keeps me knowledgeable about things to do to care for my skin after a wax and to have better waxes in the future.

Alex is my fav, she is fast and efficient and always gives me the freedom and comfort to talk about anything. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly too. Always greeted with kind eyes or a smile (when allowed in this world)

The wax specialist I had made sure she kept a great conversation with me and she removed almost if not all of the hair in that area and made sure I was satisfied with the appearance before leaving the room.
