• I was greeted courteously and by name. By using my name, there is no chance of using the incorrect pronoun. Then there is Sonya! She makes a less than comfortable experience and makes me forget what is going on because she is very skilled at engaging in conversation! I'll definitely be back! Oh, why is there a different price for men and womens brazilians, we all come in different sizes so that can't be it, our physical differences both present different challenges, so again, why the difference?

• Always a pleasant, calm and clean atmosphere. The staff members are fantastic.

• I chose a 10 because of my waxer. The facility is very nice, the place is clean, everyone there speaks to you with a welcome, it's a bit to chilly for me but I understand that you don't want the customers sweating and I don't think that will ever happen but besides all of that, what's left is that personal contact, the relationship with me and my wax technician. She's simply a great person besides being a great waxer.
