• As with any business, success isn't always having the best price in town. Real success is measured in repeat customers and finding out why they keep coming back. Those reasons will always be "because of how I was treated!" I've had a couple of waxers at Brazil's. The best has been Rosa. She pays attention to what she's doing and goes to the "nth" degree in removing all the little hairs that the wax missed. She makes sure you are clean when you leave. That alone may not sound like much but to me, the client, it's major! As a guy who waxes regularly, I have had some great waxers and a lot of not so good waxers. I can honestly say the good ones haven't been close to where I live. I was told about Brazil's and gave them a try. My first waxer I must have scared somehow. She gave me a bad review. That really bothered me as I received a call and was warned about my behavior which to this day I don't understand. I tried Brazil's again and met Rosa. My first waxer was young and brand new to waxing men. Rosa was older, much more experienced and she knows her craft and what to expect. I had found a home at last! I love Brazil's and recommend them whenever I the chance.
