• The staff was friendly and attentive. The lady and gentleman at the front desk were very considerate. My tech Lauren was friendly, courteous and very professional. She had a good understanding of the process and did everything she could to put me at ease and make the procedure as painless as possible. I will go back to Brazils and see Lauren when I am in the Tampa area.
