• 1. Medical Grade Cleanliness is visible. 2. The staff members are very friendly. The Esthetician knew exactly what to do for my skin type and was very knowledgeable about the process. She also didn't mind sharing her expertise with me as a new client. This allowed me to relax and be comfortable through the process. 3. The products are top notch. They don't skim on the products from beginning to end. 4. The waxing process didn't hurt at all. I literally was so relaxed that I briefly fell asleep. The best wax and after care products ever. 5. The environment is uplifting, relaxing and allows for privacy. 6. When you enter the room for your service, a brief overview of the process is located on a visually attractive board, the price charts make you aware of the services offered. 7. Hospitality is on point. 8. I felt fantastic after my service. Smooth as silk! LOL

• My first visit to Brazil's couldn't have been better! I read excellent online reviews and then experienced the lovely, welcoming and clean Center for myself. The front desk staff was very helpful, and my waxing technician, Henry, explained the Brazilian process from start to finished and answered all of my questions.
