• Clean, comfortable, courteous staff. Though the loud music may be harsh for Highly Sensitive Persons (15-30% of population). I had to use earplugs. As an alternative, you may want to consider having one designated 'quiet room' with softer spa music and using a white noise machine in the hallway to block out noise.
