• I have never had a bad experience with Brazils. I usually have Hemy as my esthetician, however she was unavailable. Hemy has been doing all my Brazilians since 2019 and I became comfortable with her. Because of my upcoming trip I had to go with someone who was available. I was with Kiana and she is simply amazing. I told her about my nerves going into the appointment. It's now a new person looking at my 👀 lol. I literally had a Brazilian, underarms and brow shaping. So I was gonna be there for a while. Kiana was super pleasant, calm, reassuring and downright hilarious. It was a vibe and I would have never known it was 6+ months since my last wax. She took her time, she made sure the wax and the pressure was right. She was really a delight. I felt like I was reconnecting with an old friend from college. Lol so I will always recommend Brazils and now I highly recommend Kiana because she is simply the best.
