• Always get an appointment that fits my schedule the girls great you and are prompt with getting you back my first time at the new location smaller rooms but bigger and nice, Cristal which is my spealist is always great and does great work very friendly staff. And I was able to make my appointment on checking out also I referred someone and the asked me if I wanted to us that $10 credit off my bill that day....

• I was a first time waxer but I wanted to try it for spring break. Sarah was awesome and she walked me through everything like a champ and the facility is so nice and clean!! I'll be going every month now.

• This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax, and I can definitely say that this will not be my last time getting one. Overall, I had a great experience here! Kirsten was the absolute best. She made the experience as comfortable as possible and I appreciated that.

• I had no idea what to expect when I scheduled my visit at Brazil's. I made the appointment online and it was by far the easiest scheduling I have ever done online :) I made the appointment with Jocelyn and when I arrived at the location I was blown away with how professional and clean the facility was. I felt like I walked into a 5star hotel or restaurant due to how clean and put together the place was. The best part is the people working we're so kind and they explained how and what the process was. When Jocelyn came into the room she was very kind and made me feel really comfortable. She explained what she would be doing and the situation could have been very awkward but she knew exactly how to make it very normal. I would highly suggest Brazil's to anyone who wants a clean, nice, amazing experience with any services you decide to get. AmeliaP

• It was my very first time waxing ever & I was really nervous because it was the first time that I'd been in that position but the Tech named Amber was really really professional and understanding. She talked to me the entire time and kept my attention on something other than the waxing itself. I will return! I really enjoyed my experience especially the way that my skin feels after the waxing! Keep up all of the good work!@
