• My first time having a wax. My Technician was very understanding. The best part is that she talked me through the process, letting me know everything she was doing. Even though I still was nervous, she assured me that everything was okay and I did good.

• The tech was awesome...the power went out and she took out her phone & turned on her flashlight & started waxing before the wax cooled off...luckily the power came back on after about 5 minutes and she continued waxing. She was great
