• I was very happy that Brazils was able to re-open, and Shayna is incredible (who wore her mask the entire time, as well as gloves). The only reason I didn't give a score of 10 is because the front desk staff (receptionists, cashiers, greeters ... I'm not sure of what their title is) weren't wearing their masks (covering their nose and mouth) ... instead, choosing to allow the mask to protect their chins. I have a photo, if you'd like to see it. I wore my mask (as requested on your website, and a posted note on the front door). I'd really appreciate it if ALL of your staff followed your own published rules.
