• I did enjoy the tech assigned to me. However, I did have an issue with my scheduled appointment time. I had as appointment but when I arrived they stated that there was no appointment scheduled for me. They were able to accommodate me and fulfill my request. When I got home later that evening, I had an email confirming my appointment at 4:10, a 2nd email updating my appointment time to 4:15, and a 3rd email regarding a no-show. I found this confusing since I arrived at my original appointment time and they acknowledged that there was nothing scheduled for me even though they looked my appointment by my phone number on file. I called and booked my appointment verbally since the website showed the first available appointment on Monday, February 15 and I was trying to get a same day appointment.
