• Kristen was very warm and welcoming. I was very comfortable and she reassured me about any worries I had since it was my first time getting a wax. I will most definitely be coming back to see her when the time comes. Also, the appointment began as soon as I walked in. There was no wait time or back ups. Everything was organized and smooth.
