• I chose 10 because I've had a wax before but this one was different. It didn't hurt at all and it left my skin nice and smooth with no mess afterwards with oils and left over wax. Josie took her time and was very nice.

• There was no waiting when I arrived, went straight back. I was nervous because it was the first time in months that I had a Brazilian, but everyone was so nice. The soft wax hurts a lot less than regular wax most places use!
