• The staff in the reception area is always very nice and welcoming. Jenny, my preferred wax tech is the BEST. She is very nice, relatable, takes her time to explain or coach you through the session and is very detailed with the wax itself. She gets EVERY hair EVERY time. I always feel great leaving my appt.

• I was apprehensive about getting a wax, as my last wax (not with this company) was anything but good. The staff at Brazil's were professional, pleasant and answered all of my questions. Tara did the waxing and made me feel so comfortable, we chatted like we'd known each other for years. I was so impressed. I bought the package for 4 more waxes! I have very sensitive skin and this bikini wax was gentle enough for me. Highly recommended!
