• Brazils is always a treat. Super clean and inviting. The staff are friendly and make sure you are comfortable and understand step by step what's coming next. Normally meet a first timer in the parking lot either before or after and can with confidence encourage them in that they will ok ;) As a big girl I was naturally more concerned/self conscious the first time and it was just overall a great experience.

• What a great experience from the moment I checked in until the moment I checked out! Every employee that I encountered met me with a smile and made me feel at home. It had been a while since my last wax and I was expecting the worst however, my technician made the whole experience pleasant and as painless as possible. I refuse to go to any other waxing spot here in Jacksonville!
