• I love Brazils, Clean environment, friendly staff, easy to book appts. However the rep who did my wax this past time I would not go back to her. I kept telling her the wax was too hot, and she didn't even bother to turn the heat down. I repeatedly told her too hot. Went home and i felt like i was burned. Never had I had that experience with any one else if i said it was hot they turned it down and I felt the difference. With over 1 year of business this is the only bad experience I have ever had.
