• The tech is amazing! My issue is with the wax. The old pink wax was the best. Since the change to the new wax, it is always too hot and uncomfortable, especially for sensitive areas. The techs are able to recommend a better quality wax, please listen to them. I am considering switching services to a private tech that uses better wax.
