• I'm 7 months pregnant and only had one experience with sugaring for a Brazilian which was one of the most painful experiences of my life. Tatem was really professional and had wonderful "bed side manner" for an otherwise not so glamourous service. She made me feel so comfortable and not self conscious. I will be back and have told so many friends about my wonderful experience

• Service was okay as it's been lately. My tech PIA was great! I don't enjoy the turnaround in staff, but I know to well how hard it is to get people to work these. Even though things were not what I expected I didn't want to give a low rating because I know some things are out of your control at the time.
