• Markel was AMAZING!!!! She along with the front desk staff made me feel soo comfortable and welcomed. Markel didn't miss a beat! She was very THOROUGH and explained everything in detail. I've had plenty of wax removals but she by far has been my favorite! THANK YOU!!!!

• I always have a good experience there. The girl who waxed my eyebrows this time was very rude and also waxed part of my brow off, but the manager and girl at the front desk were so kind and helpful
