• The person I had Guisselle was amazing. I was in the process of calling to cancel my membership due to all the consistent staff I previously had has left and no old person was there who had previous done excellent work. But Guisselle changed my mind as she was engaged and had conversation during my service. I tried 2 times prior but the staff whom serviced me was cut and dry ( no engagement). She did and amazing job and I am considering keeping my membership.

• Honestly I've been coming here for years, and I decided to try different technicians since my regular moved to a new location. This last wax I had was the best BY FAR. Rose Marie gave me the most thorough wax I've ever had. I wasn't even aware a hot towel was part of the process until her. She was awesome. Changed my whole experience.
