• I was able to still get seen even after the person I originally booked with called out sick. The ladies at the front desk were super nice. Susan was professional and did my Brazilian fairly quickly and effortlessly even with me being 35 weeks pregnant. She made me feel comfortable and made me want to book with her again for my next. Overall a good and quick experience even though the person I was supposed to see wasn't there, they found a way to squeeze me in with a minimal wait time and I still received a professional service. Great first time experience so I will be back !
