• Admittedly, I was very nervous before my appointment. There is something about exposing certain parts to a stranger that can be unsettling. Especially if they have a weapon of wax in hand. All of my anxiety washed away with Karen. She was amazing! Made me feel calm and comfortable. I have already booked my next appointment and plan to be a longstanding customer.
