• I love brazils. It's always a great service. Only complaint I have is for employees to be on the same page about the difference between a butt strip and a full butt. I have a membership so I come in for the Brazilian which includes a butt strip. I usually pay for a full butt but the last few times I've come in, I was told I only need the strip not the full. This time I didn't get the full and the tech left patches of hair on each cheek. I'm assuming maybe she's strictly by the book and others aren't? Idk. But I Hage when i pay for it and then I'm made to feel like I didn't actually need it by the technician. And I absolutely hated when I didn't add it and then left with a hair bottom. Not cool. I'll just add it every time now just so that doesn't happen but it'd be nice if all employees were on the same page

• Sara is amazing! She is so chill, quick, efficient, and her waxing is virtually painless. Her skill and experience is evident in that my incredibly ingrown-prone skin is ingrown and irritation-free. My only complaint is that she has to occasionally take time off in her life and cannot clone herself to be there for my every need!
