• My tech Adrianna honestly, she's the only reason I still go there after my dealings with the "manager" who's always eating it reading a book behind the main counter when you walk in, and another tech who was rude and not only that but did a terrible job on the actual wax itself, however; the last 5 months Adrianna has been great, I see her every 3-4 weeks and she remembers everything that I prefer and what my most sensitive areas are, she's really good at what she does and she's extremely personable. I think that you should have an option for placement consultations to make sure that people are placed with the right kind of tech based on their needs.
