• Staff took there time and explained everything. Being my 1st time getting a wax. Jada walked me threw the whole process. She was gentle and patience. The senior staff was very delightful and helpful. They gave their expertise in areas that needed to be revisited. They explained they take home kit. That was. Organic and vegan. Which is a plus. I struggle with sensitive skin and chemicals after a shave/wax Can Make or break your experience. The hard wax not sticking to your skin is a plus. And even through I traveled a hour from Manhattan you ladies will see me again. The desk staff was very helpful. Even offered to come get me from the train station. Because I had a hard time finding the wax center. Super clean place. Nice decor. Fresh and clean feeling. Will be recommending to friends and family.
