• PATRICIA was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the Brazilian process. She had a great, gentle technique and I was satisfied with the smooth results. I was surprised at how little pain there was. Very little pull, too. I have very sensitive skin and did not experience any redness. Process was relatively quick, done in about 15 minutes.
