• The massage with CJ was excellent and the first time I ever fell asleep during a massage! I could tell he was concentrating on the state of my muscles because he would close his eyes in concentration while using a combination of finger point and full palm techniques. I don’t know much about the types of massage, but I can tell you that I felt when he was getting my problem areas sorted out. CJ also was great at not rushing working the kinks of my muscles out, which can sometimes cause excessive soreness. He was also very knowledgeable with recommendations for holistic health practices such as mindfulness. I will definitely come back!
