• The instructors are so friendly and try to cater the class to each of the students abilities and specifically Whitney yesterday provided 3 different levels/variations for moves which is so great for an intro class because you have people who are attending their first ever class and those who have been coming for a while. Everyone is so encouraging and you don't feel self consious at all!

• The atmosphere is fun, yet professional, the instructor really knew what she was doing and people were friendly. It's also a place where women can go and feel very comfortable in their skin and not as though they are being judged for trying something new.
