Brand Fitness is a fun place to workout with a good variety of exercises. I like the atmosphere and with a small group you get personalized instruction.

Instructor was very welcoming and personable. I loved the positive support and ability to do the exercises at my pace. The smaller class was enjoyable and the other ladies were my age and I felt really comfortable.
