I have always wanted to try cryotherapy when I heard of athletes in major cities doing it and I'm so lucky that we now have it offered in Durham! I have done cryo and float at BR3 now. The couples float was a great immersive experience that allowed me to find zen. After my first cryo session I immediately sought relief from my sore muscles and body aches experienced by working nights as an RN.
