The staff - Jessica and Leon - were amazing. I brought my son (for his birthday) and a friend into BR3; it was the first time doing cryo for the three of us and we loved the entire experience. Jessica helped me with the arrangements and Leon worked with us during the actual sessions and both were incredibly friendly, courteous, professional, and welcoming. I had done float sessions previously, and now will definitely be back for more cryo sessions. Thank you! Mike
