The facility was clean, staff very polite, and this was easily he best float experience I've had. I loved the amenities (earplugs and neck float especially!) and the setup was nice. Only suggestions I've had would be to have a larger size bathrobe and some towel hooks immediately adjacent to the float chamber itself
