I've been going regularly for flotation, and occasionally for sauna or cryotherapy ... some of the most relaxing time ever! My only discord this time was being offered water, and not realizing it was a cup from the container that includes lemons/limes and I'm allergic to both of those. She quickly replaced that with a bottle of water. And it bears telling you that the shower water never got particularly warm? I'll be back within the next month for my next session!
