I didn't really think that floating for an hour or so would have such a profound effect on me, but it did. I was so relaxed that my baseline anxiety was nowhere to be found. And I stayed relaxed for a few days afterward. It was such a different, but ultimately very pleasant experience. I will definitely be back!
