I was lucky to have a one on one due to a cancellation. It was my first Pilates experience and the instructor was amazing. She was very thorough and explained the how and why of each exercise. She noted my childbirth history and health issues. I'm excited to continue my health, wellness and fitness through Pilates and look forward to my next visit.
