BPM is an all inclusive space for all levels and body types. It's inviting, spacious, has lots of natural light, and the vibes is amazing, not to mention all the wonderful, amazing, encouraging, and motivated instructors. Every class has always something new to offer and is always challenging the mind, body and soul. Truly a unique place.
