• Everyone is very nice and polite, but I didn’t like that they didn't honor my appointment, my appointment was at 1:45, first they try to change it for an early one, I didn't mind that, but I couldn't go earlier, I show up at my appointment, and they tell me Jenny can't see me till later because she got another client before me, I don't understand, I had an appointment, so why make an appointment if they are not going to honor that
