• I love the individual care each client receives at Boudoir. The added bonus of being able to have a drink (coffee or wine) while I get my nails done adds to the relaxation experience. Vanessa is fun, personable and spending an hour with her is always a great addition to my week!

• My first time going and went to celebrate my birthday with my sister who loves you all and a great friend. I was impressed from the moment walking in the door, till I left. Great customer service, smiles by everyone and made me feel very pretty and special. The only negative is I asked my person if she can please draw a simple tree and she said no and did a stencil instead. Still love my toes. A stronger massage would have been nice, but all in all ❤👍👍🎄 so blessed

• I’ve been coming to Boudoir for almost a year now & am never disappointed. I’ve only had one occasion where my nail polish chipped & they graciously fixed it when I walked in, without a charge. I’ve seen at least 4 technicians there & every single one is talented & friendly. Highly recommend!!

• Iris did a fantastic job as usual! I told her about my special occasion: my last day of chemo and how I wanted to celebrate the event with my nails. She listened to my wishes and even informed the rest of the staff to wear pink to support me in my breast cancer journey. Customer service is phenomenal a Boudair Nail Bar which is why I will be a lifetime customer.

• Boudoir Nail Bar is incredible and so glamorous. It was a no brainer in choosing this salon for my pre birthday pampering. Vanessa was absolutely amazing, Iwas recommended by my friend, Chanel. Vanessa was upbeat, cheerful and easy to talk with. Her energy was exactly what I needed after a long day at work andsitting in 45mins of traffic. The receptionist had the same energy in greeting me at my arrival. After checking in I was almost immediately offered a beverageby a gentleman who brought my cocktail as soon as I sat down with Vanessa, in a timely manner. Vanessa was also very attentive and patient with my indecisiveself. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I definitely plan to return because it isn't oftenwhen exceptional customer service is paired with an amazing manicure! Thank you for making me feeling fabulous for my special day!

• Boudoir Nail Bar exceeded all of my expectations. I was in a bind and needed to have my nails done before my wedding. They were able to get me on right away and gave me absolutely beautiful nails. Everyone treated me so well while I was there. Even the coffee was great! Thank you Boudoir Nails!

• Made an appointment on the morning of my and they were able to fit me in. First time there and I will definitely be back. They sang happy birthday to me and brought me a little muffin with a candle in it. So sweet! My manicure and pedicure were in point! Made me feel special on my birthday and nails looked great! • I am always so pleased with my nails and the customer service that I receive from Montse, as well as from Melissa and Karen!! I get compliments on my nails all the time and I am always telling them to come visit Boudoir! I have even given gift certificates to friends! Truly the best place for acrylics in Chula Vista.
