• The staff is always super amazing! I absolutely LOVE Virgie! She is always so awesome to work with! She is sweet, thorough, and does such a great job. The only complaint that I would have about this company (and it isn’t a big deal), is that I receive too many reminders about my appointments. I can understand one reminder, perhaps the day before. But I receive a few reminders as the date approaches. But I feel like, of course I know when my appointment is, I planned it for that day and time. And the text messages, it’s kind of weird to get personal text messages..telling me I can come in earlier. If I were able to come in earlier, I would have set the appointment earlier. I hope that doesn’t sound mean. It isn’t too bog of a deal. I always have a great experience when I’m there. But is there a way to opt out of the multiple reminders??
