• Lots of service options, including drinks is a huge plus. Luz and Jenny are my go-to service providers and they are great! Love the pedicure chairs but I don't really like sitting at the bar. Glad Luz's station isn't there. The bar stools aren't very comfortable. Also, wish it stayed open a little later than 6PM. The front desk is very good about sending appt reminders and communicating if my service provider can accommodate me earlier or is running late. They are always on top of schedules.

• Vergie did a great job on my nails and was very sweet when she noticed I have knee pain and adjusted the chair to accommodate me. Boudoir is the only nail shop I go to.
