  • My person was 15 minutes late to call me back. The front desk gal eventually started my water while my person was running late doing a waxing in the back. She stepped away, no fault to her, but I stood there awkwardly not knowing if I was supposed to take my slippers off and sit or wait for the water to fill and be tested. So another pedicurist, who was setting up for her appointment next to me, finally said- You can go ahead and sit down. (It was super awkward to have been standing there. Not a great start to wanting that relaxing spa experience. And I'm easy going. I wasn't bothered by waiting for my tech who was running late. Mind you I was even there early, and I was still unbothered to be waiting without anyone telling me she was running behind.) Once my person got to me, she went straight to work, no greeting, no hi my name is, no confirming what service I had, just started working in a hurry. The vibe actually got me a little worked up with how she was moving so quickly. Another reason why I wasn't "happy" with my visit yesterday. She zoomed through my service, checking all the boxes, but she ended up doing the wrong service (Lomasi pedi, I had reserved the Signature with the front desk person) She finally looked up at me to talk to me, and said "do you want to wait here while it dries or do you need to go?" I said I could wait. So she left. I sat there for another 15 minutes, not sure if I should put my slippers on and go. I guess I was expecting someone to come check on me? I don't know, it was just super weird, so I ended up putting my slippers on mysel
