Emma was absolutely amazing. I am a complete amateur and she took her time with each woman and made sure they were able to complete the different poses. When I felt too weak and doubted myself, she encouraged me and helped me fight my self-doubt. Everyone there seemed like the had a great time, a lot of giggling, smiles and I feel nice and sore the next day! It’s inspiring me to make a regular fitness intention as a part of my everyday life. Can’t wait to go to the next class!
