Sasha was an awesome sub! I loved the warm up that she did- it was different than other classes and I loved that we didn't need a mat and did most of our stretching and conditioning at the pole. Her combo was also awesome and it worked for all of us even though we were at different levels- I did flatline to Superman for the first time!
