Overall a very fun and friendly place. Did not give 10/10 because I wish there was a class between Intro to Pole (which feels very much like a "taster class" and not so much a foundation class) and Pole 101 which is really an intermediate level class. I would love for a "Foundations of Pole" where you can learn all the super basic spins, basic holds and do some basic conditioning.
