I've only been to one BPF location, but all of the instructors I've had so far have been amazing! The facility has everything you need in case you forget your mat or alcohol spray bottle and towel!

Stacy is PHENOMENAL. She breaks down complex move into simple steps and provides lots of support. She encourages students to work at their own pace, and celebrate every students victories with them. I also love how she asks for consent before touching students to help spot and adjust them
