This is my 1st time pole dancing and it was a lot of fun. The space we were in made me feel safe and not shamed for my body or even feeling insecure for not being able to move the way the instructor did. The instructor was helpful whether it was me needing tips to do the move and making sure I felt confident with learning each move.
