Stacy was phenomenal most of the class could already invert, but she always made sure I had things to work on in order to work up to inversions correctly and safely. I love that she broke everything down into steps and made sure we had spots when we needed it, and provided alternative inverts to deadlifts so people could find what works for them (I've already encouraged some of my pole friends to take this class with me soon) 💕 thank you!
