Emma is a great instructor and the environment is very welcoming. Really wish there were more Lyra sessions at the Brighton location which is the only location that’s easily accessible for me. Conditioning classes or open practice for instance (outside of typical 9-5 work hours). This is the only studio in the AB area that teaches lyra so seeing the offerings bulked out a bit would be nice :)
